I don't want programs like K-9, i just want a program or a browser extension for to block web sites.

White List and Black List. Nothing more.

What's the best program for this? I need that the program ask for a password for uninstall it.

man you don't need to use a program. Block the sites you want to block in your hosts file on the pc.
