Aww yeah baby! 21&40! It feels so empowering to know what you can do if you just try your best and focus on the small aspects of your goal. I'm so excited to get out of the house and talk to people; I don't care about the outcome. I got a really good workout at the gym as well yesterday adding 10 more lbs and one more set to all my exercises.

I will move on to the 30 days challenge tomorrow. I hope you all find you own way to completing your respective recoveries. May all your efforts be rewarding and life affirming!
