Day 7 of 30

1. I'm grateful that I've realised the value of friendship, after being a terrible friend for 21 years.
2. I'm grateful that I've a family who loves me.
3. I'm grateful to have a home.

 

I am grateful for 14 days of no gap . A loving family and a good job

 

I am grateful for looking on the positive side of things

I am grateful for not resorting to PMO

I am grateful for the environment I am in

I am grateful for friendly people

I am grateful for healthy food

I hope to do better and do more tomorrow - both for the environment and for my arts interests

 

I am grateful for being able to restore my brain and body from the pmo damage
I am grateful for my health

Day 8 of 30

1. I'm grateful I've been exercising everyday, I don't get tired as quickly anymore.
2. I'm grateful that the show drake and josh exists.
3. I'm grateful that NoFap exists.

 

I am grateful for having read a book today, which i hadn't done in a long time
I am grateful for feeling no more need for PMO
I am grateful for my well being and the people who helped me get there

 

I am grateful for some healthy food

I am grateful for doing well at something I did not think I would do well at

I am grateful for realising that saying thank you and doing nice things for others makes me feel good too

I am grateful for getting to bed on time

I am grateful for making progress for my solar panels installation project

 

I am grateful for feeling just happy without a specific reason
I am grateful i can go where i want and do as i please, lots of people can't do that...
I am grateful for my children and that they're healthy

 

Day 9 of 30

1. I'm grateful that I have female friends now, I feel normal.
2. I'm grateful that the Lord looks after me.
3. I'm grateful for memes.

 

I am grateful for a good night of sleep
I am grateful for feeling motivated
I am grateful for achieving emotional balance

 

I am grateful for Djokovic winning Wimbledon - he is a true inspiration to me to never give up

I am grateful for meeting a wonderful lady and having a great time at a workshop

I am grateful for having a great dinner

 

Day 1.
1. I'm grateful for my two excellent parents. Loving, helpful, responsible... great.

2. I'm grateful for Nofap and new better habits and actions that are giving a healthier sense of reality.

3. Spending my summer at my home country: Colombia! It was a really healing stage to go back to the U.S. to study and have THE real priorities on top of my head.

 

I'm grateful for my job and the freedom it gives me financially
I'm grateful for beautiful music, it colors life so much
I'm grateful for my friends

 

I'm grateful to have taken vacation.
