I just feel super empty and weird. I am trying to get myself healthy by abstaining from pmo, self-harm, over eating, and finding new ways to find a release like exercising but it's so hard to stay motivated. I truly want to stay in bed all day now. I'm also heading off to college in the fall and it's stressing me out. I'm trying to keep my head from going to a stupid/bad place. Holding on to hope

@VeganRights i totally get that. I just have a lot of triggers on there as well. It's super iffy, I have to tip toe around different channels.

Lack of motivation actually can be a result of withdrawal symptoms. It’s not uncommon as many fapstronauts have reported this issue especially in the beginning stages of abstinence. Don’t push yourself too hard. Your body and mind are trying to heal and while excercise and staying motivated are important you also need to take it easy and let yourself recover in your own time. I’m convinced through my own personal experiences that there is no way to really rush the recovery process, which can be a bit daunting to some that are possibly looking at a year or more for a full reboot. It depends on the length and severity of your addiction. But the bottom line is give it time. It’s very possible you will notice numerous benefits beginning to take shape before or at the 90 day mark...
