New to here, I wish I can stop watching porn ASAP.

    I am now 20 years old.
    Since last year, I started watching porn once a week.
    I just watch porn a minutes ago......
    I really need help. I want to stop watching porn as soon as possible, because porn image will let me be unable to concentrate.
    I go to workout twice a week, but that doesn't seem to decrease the number I watches porn.

    Can anyway give some tips to me?

    Try a challenge. Continue working out. Give yourself some kind of objectives. I gave myself a 90 days challenge and so far I stick to it. Having an accountability partner can help as well. Try coming read or write on nofap every day at first. You definitely can stop warching porn.

    Oh and you got to be alert to not fall in some kind of shame circle. It is better to stay positive!

    After I saw your encouragement, I really experience relief today and have more power to concentrate today.
    I will definitely keep moving forward and stay positive!
