Hanging in there. I still feel the urge sometimes but just distract myself with something else, meditate, or exercise, and it goes away.

 

Day 4/21---- 14 days sober....Show must go on

 

7/21, one third of the way there. I've been flatlining for a couple of weeks now, but I don't mind it. It is a sign that I'm rebooting, and it drastically reduces urges. I'm liking this journey so far!

 

26th day no pmo...21/21...challenge done...!hope u guys cld reach nd accomplish the same...days with pmo do seem to have a better clarity and more satisafaction...it is definitely worth the effort and pain..hope u guys get to succeed and experience it sooner....
