Day 1

 

Day 0. No porn so far today. Went to socialize with sober friends after my AA meeting last night. Had fun and can’t get one particular girl off my mind. I feel so much more alive when I’m around people, especially her.

 

8 days.

 

Woow good for you bro, hopefully you don't get trapped in an obsession of seeking sex, coz for me I found that when I was seeking out sex and failed to get it, I ended up seeking porn cause it's easier to get.

Day 27/90 still pushing on, no urges to pm, now just need to fight urges to flirt with other women since I have a long distance gf, and also learn to disconnect from using my phone excessively.

 

Today was difficult. Really strong urges. But I wil not give up. I wanna be clean!

 

day 2 and i had a really good day. had a great running workout this morning and ive been drinking a gallon of water per day over the last 3 days, so im feeling real good.
