I have been in a shithole for too long now, enough of alternatives, and would-be cures.
I know I need to deal with the brainwashing too, but first and foremost I need to simply get sober enough for detox. If that sounds backward to anyone, welcome to my world.

Moments away from completing Day 4. Things are a bit tingly downstairs but the urges are manageable today. The tingling is reminding me that I am doing something with while.
