Is porn and kink all bad?

Discussion in 'Off-topic Discussion' started by Deleted Account, Jul 16, 2018.

  1. Well I am open to true input. Not to generalized unfounded principles and morales. I am after the truth in things not opinions.

I also believe that just like for example power fitness training developed over the last twenty. Years. I saw a documentary when I stared mysekf now. Now all is clearly filtered what’s bad but was practiced then and the machines so refined that the use is good. I think porn is same. In future it’s refined and there is good choice of quality. I don’t know history. Too young. But maybe I look for documentary of that development too. Maybe it wasn’t as it’s not or as it will be in ten years. Maybe by that time they found just clearly that a certain a,out of arousal and stimulation is good and a certain is bad. Guys have in general these and these desires. That’s just make nature and women have this and this. That’s women nature. Moral gets filtered and replaces by clarity and proper use. And so on. I am a very visionary person.

  2. As much as I'd like to justify watching it here and there I can't. Sexual acts aren't purely physical and are probably more spiritual than physical. @Dhalia As someone who seems to believe in the metaphysical, I'd think you would see the danger in spiritually aligning yourself with a misguided person who is having sex for money and engaging in a destructive lifestyle. You may experience some type of positive physical effect but i think the negative spiritual consequences outweigh the positives by so far that you can't really justify it.

  3. Thank you not sure what that means. I have no separation between the spiritual and the sex or body or so

  4. Every bloody problem is in a person's head, that's completely obvious and not what I'm talking about, read my stuff again... It's not about "my morals", have you honestly looked into the actual studies and research into porn? There is literally nothing good, I don't understand what you're attempting to get at.

Think about it in a biological level.
Every animals job on this planet is to do and accomplish one thing. That is obviously to reproduce.
If you look at any animal, you can see all of their actions are all correlated to mating. ..i know tigers. In tigers, they are aggressive and territorial for one reason - mating. Same for humans, but in other terms. Sex is your "drive", if you dont have sex you get a lot of energy. If you have sex, you accomplished reproducing, if you keep doing it over and over, its obviously rewarding and you are actually built in evolution, to do it as much as you can, thats why its correlated to being addicted. Oh, and you dont have to do anything, why would you? You accomplished your biological goal. In evolution if you can have sex and reproduce like that, without any effort to get there and get free energy, you will simply not do anything besides reproducing. Reproducing is part of a species survival and intraspecific competition, in tigers terms, more territory equals to more females, which is obviously more mating and more reward. How does a tiger get there? Well, he has to be very strong, he works hard. Imagine if he just gets it, all the mating, he wont need to be strong at all, he loses that drive and the energy and strength that he evolved for to get the females.

This includes porn, porn is better than any drug out there, because its the most natural and closest to evolution, and human nature. Cocaine is forcing dopamine. Porn is your own body saying damn you are doing good - straight out of evolution. You wont have the drive to go on if you are pmoing. Not sure if looking it at spiritual terms is particularly reliable and true, but i know for a fact, that a lot of spiritual things and practices tend to be strangely backed up by science.

In society, obviously you dont have 100 kids at a time. Not sure if making a lot of kids is success, like in darwinism. Not sure what success would even mean. But living in society, giving yourself a biological advantage in pretty much everyway, avoiding P and MO, will lead to "success".

This struggle for success started 4 billion years ago.. when proteins were naturally synthesized into RNA, and the rna started replicating itself, evolving and receiving mutations.. animals evolved to what they are all around mating, including humans, and to mate. Wether it be speed for hunting, in which to grab food, to be able to reproduce and survive.. to extreme intelligence, its a struggle to have sex. Its what made everything how it is. And imagine, you make yourself useless because of pmo.

  7. Honestly, no offense, but even if you were right and porn is good or okay, you're not likely to find many supporters on a website whose only purpose is recovery from porn.

  8. Even though in moderation it's fine unlike porn, that's like going to an alcohol recovery meeting and telling everyone booze isn't the problem. lol

  9. Yeah, exacrly :)

  11. Several of us here have mentioned truth and science, and you don't seem to care. I don't think anybody here has merely thrown out random opinions.

  12. Yeah and it's incredibly easy to find with a quick search how terrible for your brain it is, and those are actual studies! Honestly sounds like she's trying to rationalise porn like addicts do in my opinion, because I really don't know what else that stuff is supposed to mean.

  13. Oh this is really so way off! Please read what I write and understand way better wgat I say. Try to get out of your rusty views and open up so you can see where your problem really lies. You are stuck in condemning the porn. That’s negativity. As long as you seek an external cause you don’t get the point. The point is in your head.
I wrote upset because I am delivering quite truthful important points. And as always the rusty opinions in heads take aeons to melt for the truth.

  14. I need to withdraw for a while. I need to find people that understand what I actually say. It’s seriously frustrating to get such rigid statements poured over true points you open and honestly share. Good night.

  16. Okay so using your logic against our supposed "rusty views", are you telling me you believe and justify porn being okay for consumption and there's a "normal" amount? Because there's nothing else you could be implying.

The funny thing about everything you said is it's nothing more than your opinions and morals. How is what you say the truth and yet we so happen to be wrong?

  17. All we're doing is sharing actual facts as addicts and being open as well so I fail to see your problem.

Nothings wrong with looking at tits in a magazine although the majority of them are gone now. But when your watching hardcore fucking in 60fps 4k multiple times a week its gonna effect the brain somehow. You're gonna think you're slinging that dick when you are not.

  19. Look, i don't think anyone here means to offend you. You are more than entitled to have your own opinion, but so are we. I truly get what you are trying to say (i even went back and reread your posts to make sure), i just don't agree. Saying that we are the problem and not porn is partially true, obviously if we got nothing out of porn it would have no hold over us, but it is designed to get a hold on us. Its like telling a drug addict that the problem is only in his head so if he controls it he can do drugs in moderation...its not going to happen. Some people may be able to watch porn in a healthy (ish) way, but us addicts will never be able to watch it without picking up old habits and even for non addicts it's a slippery slope. The point is could it be okay? i guess so, but it could easily lead to addiction and it instills unhealthy fantasies and expectations even in the non addicted brain that in my opinion are not healthy. Anyway, that's my thought on the matter. I hope you don't take offense or feel too frustrated, everyone is just stating their own opinions and sometimes these debates get a little bit heated. Have a good night.

    I
i Love your comment!! Thank you!!!! How refreshing. How refreshing!! That’s close to what i expressed. I like your comparison of the fitness. I am 40. You are not from that time. Yes wgat they showed is try. I was in fitness club 23 years ago. Back then they were Testosteron ugly sweaty muscle places lifting weights not sure if right or harmful.
Energy was terrible. Girls only went to straighten their boobs or asses problem zones.
Now it’s calibrated machines. Good energy. Well worked out clean. Normal people. Nice healthy good experience each time.

Yes I see this too same with porn. This for sure will develop. A lot of research and science and discoveries will follow the next years as the6 already did. Just wrote all this in another post. Bdsm is found to be healthy and good. It does make sense to me. I don’t want to do the practices a lot of them though. But that’s not the point. Sex violence went down not up. While porn use went up. Let’s stay in contact dhalia.
