[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 5!
It is a hard fucking journey!
But I have my whatsapp accountability group! I am thankful for that!
I don't know if I can make it past 7 or 21 or 30 or beyond! Every day is day 1!

Day 1 of 7 done ✌

 

Couldn't manage 14 days over the past few months so might as well try 7 days.

Feeling tremendously unmotivated and depressed at the moment. Seems like it's just getting worse and my first defence against that thought that pops into my head is non-existent at the moment.

Oh yea, Day 0/7

 

Day 0 again. Feeling ambivalent. all i can do is try.

 

Come on buddy, keep yourself together. We are fighting inner deamons, and we will slay slay them.

 

Keep trying. Couple the NoFap endeavour with gentle workout. Don't let yourself down.

 

NON: Day 4
Having Major Urge right now. But I cannot falter. I will not falter. Clarity of thoughts will aid, getting in getting over the urges.
No more, will I be a slave to carnal desires.

Made it to day 7, but had a slight problem after. Well darn!

 

NON: Relapsed on day 4. The streak lasted 3 days.
But, I am not going to sulk. I'll begin the 7 day journey again.
This time with more intensity. NoFap journey has to be coupled with a supporting goal.
For me that supporting goal would be working with razor sharp focus at office.
Its now or never. Porn and masturbation would cease to be a factor in my life within this calendar year.
