I am not happy and I don't think I'll be

Discussion in 'Loneliness' started by 1d10t, Jul 12, 2018.

  1. Well, I can tell you many things about myself, but telling you that I am a 27 yo virgin summarizes my life, right?

I started to realize that I was inert, stuck, in a time warp, wating for a girlfriend (Yes, all I wanted was to have a fucking gf because EVERYONE HAS ONE!!!)
Now I don't have friends. I don't do any social activity, etc, because of it.

Maybe I deserve to be a virgin. Maybe I deserve to be depressed. I was my whole life a needy guy that envied the others. I was a FUCKING CUCK. Watching porn when sad and so on.

I am, setp by step, self-improving myself to be happy as I was when a kid. I have all the tools to be happy because I am healthy without any illness or disability. How can not having a gf have a big influence on our happiness :/? It doesn't make sense to me anymore.

Well, it only has a big influene on people who are deeply unhappy inside themselves who think that getting a girlfriend would make them happy.

But it does not work this way. If you are not happy now with who you are and how you feel internaly, geting a gilfriend now would only serve as a patch that would keep you away from feeling your own unhappiness for a while. But after a while, your unhappiness will return and ruin your relationship.

And the way out of this is to learn how to be truly happy and present for yourself now and tomorrow regardless of your external circumstances.

Beliving is the first step or at least try to, consider this as a seasons winter comes you freeze ,you find yourself ill and weak then summer comes melting heat but then comes spring the best of all, so " hard times are are not come to stay it has come to pass" these are very famous words by a great man les brown . one day it will all be over . believe
