    Hello everyone, I'm new and I want to do a 90 days challenge. I was supposed to start today but I failed. After I was looking for "Nofap techniques" on the web and I found this site and I think here I'll find the right motivation and a lot of boys who want to change their life.
    I'm 21 and masturbation and porn have been part of my life since I was 13... I want to change, today it's a new begin!
