Do cold showers boost T?

    Hey guys quick question. Im trying to boost my Ts while on nofap and some sources say Cold showers can help boost Ts(maybe not directly). Is this true? Can anyone testify to this with a valid source?

    Some sources say it does. While higher T might make your libido higher, the cold shower makes all the blood leave your extremities and go to your core, so it helps reduce arousal. I don't really know yet if cold showers help or hurt in the long run, but it does help reduce blue balls.
