Day 7/7... done... 3rd set completed

7 day challenges are good for keeping track.. but leaving 7 day challenge..Will come back if the urges are really high..

Till then i will be on 30 day challenge..

Another day with no urges. I did have a sex dream but woke up. I didn't continue to relive it in my head or fantasize about it. Feeling good.

Okay so I have my journal. Now it’s time to enroll in something to help me along! Day 0 here we go!

Day 4 I went camping for the last 3 days so I had no Wifi to post on here

 

Checking in for day 2. Posting in the forum is the first thing I’ve done today. Excited to confirm 1 day porn free!

 

day 3 getting a little harder now but I think I’ll be alright for the next couple a days

Day0: Was doing quite well with the PMO until recently. Somehow started with some MO without P to relieve Blueballs etc. Dindnt think it would affect much. But slowly have started back on P. Nothing serious, once in a week or so.. But I know it will lead back to old habits. So here i am back again. 7 days with goal of reaching 30 Days for now.
