11/60...I have not been able to check in because I was in a silent retreat for the past week....actually, that made it so much easier for me. I made it to day 11.

Damn it, I was under heavy urges the last 6 days because I peaked once and way too long. So stupid.

Relapsed again mere minutes after posting yesterday's check-in, but hoping this will be the last time since (from tomorrow) I'll have access to the gym again for the first time in 6 weeks.
