    Hey fapstronauts!
    A newbie here! I'm a 16 y/o guy!
    I'm from Spain(Sorry if bad english :(),I started watching porn at 14,this 2 years I used to masturbate once or twice a day.
    I decided to reboot because my life is going really bad and i started feeling mentally ill,i almost have no friends,i used to stay all day home and wait my parents to leave the house to masturbate.
    Pornography has made my an addict,i want more,more and more.I am really afraid to talk to girls around me,i never had a relationship and i always need a lot of time to feel comfortable when i meet a new person.
    I think that rebooting will help me be more self-confident and to start hanging out and meeting new people!
    I'm on a 5 day streak and i haven't got any urges so far! I feel really good and mentally strong! I try to spend the time i used to fap to go running and hiking.I'm taking cold showers btw!
    I feel really confident and i'm sure that I'm going to get that 90-day goal without any PMO!

    @Fer190 Welcome to the site man! You have a huge advantage already being 5+ days free!

    Dude, I will say this though: be prepared for the urges. Expect nothing, be prepared for anything. Hold onto your 90-day goal tightly when the urges come. Don't give in. Tell porn that you're the boss now and that you've had enough. When i first joined the site, i went 88 days! And i'm telling you that self-confidence goes way up! Keep fighting man. I'm right there with you, I'm gonna get 90+ days on this streak too! Welcome again, and engage a lot on this site bruh.
