Day 1 and 2: Was super busy yesterday so didn't update the Status. Today also seems swamped with work so gonna be hands off. 2/7 Done.

I didn’t reply to this everyday since I replased on 7.3.But I did well this period.Today is maybe the 21 days for me NO PMO?So for me I’ve done a 3 days challenge and a 7 days challenge.For the 14 days challenge,11/14 maybe.
But I had 2 emissions.

DAY 7!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's been sooo hard but it's worthful!!
I almost every day wanted to jerk off but instead I used the emergency app. The most motivating resource was this TED talk.
I've been noticing and in other things since I left PMO one week ago, such as new interests.
