Did a 3 days challange cause 7 days was proving to be hard; yay

Day 0!!

 

7 for 7. It’s a start. Each beginning has an end. May this beginning be the end of pmo for all of us. Hang in there and see you on the other side.

 

Day 2/7

 

Today I've realized that i Really relapsed as the urge P and M is very strong. Just need to get through this week and subsequent weekend and i know i can go ahead. Fingers crossed. 3/7 Done.

Day 2.

 

I New to NoFap And This is actually my day one so it's easier and safer for me to take this challenge This will be Day 1 of My 90Day HardMode No PMO.

Day 5 for me. My first minor milestone on track!

 

So starting at Day 0 is really going to be an 8 day challenge? Makes no sense. It starts from Day 1. So I’m saying right now...I’m in. Day 1/7 beginning

Still doing OK... trying not to use the computer too much (especially when nobody about) as it's a bit too much of a temptation at this stage...

BUT, here in the UK we're going through a heatwave so I don't actually have any energy to do anything..

No relapse circle or anything, glad about that. While I was frustrated yesterday about failing into day 7, I remain positive.
I did not use P when I relapsed, gotta take the positive elements from it.
