    I am 28 years old now and I remember the first masturbation experience. A friend told me about it and we both masturbated and that was it, I got hooked.

    For 11 years now I have been addicted and have tried on my own and failed many times to quit.

    My first girlfriend was never happy with me sexually because of my premature ejaculation condition which I didnt know was because of my addiction to porn n masturbation. we broke up

    Now I feel enough is enough n i really wanna be free from these monsters call porn n masturbation.
