[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 1, let's go people

 

Day 1/7? Maybe 2?

Too much work, my brain isn’t working properly.

 

This seems like the logical place to start. Here goes the 1st week.

 

Day 1

 

Porn addiction is real and needs to be accepted seriously and addressed by society. On a more personal level, it robs you of enjoyment in life. People are really struggling with pornography, but it is often swept under the rug and not taken seriously.

I am taking it seriously. I am 1 day in on my journey. Let's do this.

Did some P-Subbing via 9Gag yesterday! (yes you heard it right 9Gag!! like WTF right). Resetting my counter. Its amazing how The brain craves this shit. I wasn't even horny yesterday, just couldn't sleep and inspite of deleting other apps like Insta etc still Managed to P-Sub. And the worst part is, as I was doing this I knew what i was doing and how harmful it is, still continued for like 10 mins. And i guess that's how an addiction really works. Thankfully no Real P and no M&O. So till count that as a small victory. Anyways 0/7.
