    Hi, i am from Delhi, India and i have been masturbating since i was 10 i guess i don't even remember and since then i have been trying to overcome this masturbation. Now I am 25, and in 15 years i could not overcome this sometimes i do that less frequently and sometimes like 3-4 times a week. The problem i feel because of this is less motivated / less confidence and most importantly i am soo skinny.

    I am happy that i found a community here online where i can help my self and get the motivation to quit this.
