Yesterday was the worst so far. It was the kind day where usually there would have been PMO. Today the urges are still there but not *quite* as bad. Still there though. I am resolved not to give in. This may be the longest I've ever gone.

Just finished the 7 day challenge and want to up the ante a bit! Feeling good after a week, a little anxious though. Let’s start this 14 day journey! Day 0!

Day 13 !!!!!

 

Day 3 of 14. It’s a challenge everyday to look past the haunted eyes and defeated feeling you have had for so long and realize that it’s 10 days. It’s 3 days into a 14 day challenge. It’s somthing that you can do. To remember that life with out porn is not a loss. To remember to take a breath and take one more step up the mountain. To remember that you have the power and control. It’s not a failure if you slip down the mountain. It’s not the end of the world if you get back up at star again. Each day is it’s own challenge. Each day is a victory when you look in the mirror and see that you are there and not some empty shell. Remember life withou porn is no loss
