    Day 0/3, 1st target = 21 days

    I'm not doing this challenge seriously, I'm fallen to P but succesfully prevent MO today, I hope I can do this reboot without fully reset again. And I really need to give away everything that I can to stop this addiction (full power).

    thank you... i appreciate your advice... yeah i now make it to day 4 and i should treat myself with a reward ^^... (not by PMOing of course) and i wish you to keep your streak longer and a fullfilled happy life( sory my english is not good)

    this time deter to go for 64 and 128 goal after 32 :)
    last two-three times, it was frustrating to loose after 32 goal.. 19/32

    New hobby- body build crossfit.. I am okay with weight lifting but has to see on conditioning/cardio..

    You're doing well. The next two or three weeks will be challenging ones. Just to give you a heads up: You're going to go through some drastic hormone adjustments in the next few weeks. You will likely experience instantaneous mood swings from super happy to overwhelming sadness. These will sometimes happen in public and always when you least suspect it. Don't let it scare you. It will gradually happen less and less. You're also going to experience extreme sensitivity and longing in the crotch. You may have some very long nights. This, too, shall pass. Stay strong. The next three weeks are what separate the men from the boys and the successful at nofap from the unsuccessful. You can do it. Keep your eyes on the goal.

    What would be the difference between cravings, just being horny and a healthy sex drive? Is it the same physiological experience, but with a different psychological one - if that makes sense - ?

    I dont know, and i think few people really know... But dont worry, you did a great job, and you can make it again, greater... In my point of view, stop PMO is like a key habit, it give me confidence and the energy to change my life for the better... Relapse is ok, as long as you do not stop... Try again, i believe in you. Anyway, do you have a reward for yourself after you complete a streak? It may help...
