I relapsed yesterday so I’m counting that as day 0 and today day 1

Because of my addiction, I don't ever think I'm going to be with my soul mate again. I can move on, love other people, but the fact that I can stand next to this one person yet feel so far away from them hurts more than anything I have ever felt before.
I hate myself, I hate the world. I hate my addiction, I hate my self-sabotaging and abusive nature. I hate time, and what I've spent it on.
I hate being alive.
