I relapsed yesterday so I’m counting that as day 0 and today day 1

 

Day 4/60 had a great end of the day, the morning part was just good. Had a meeting with my mentor, I learn so much from him. Good luck friends, keep your minds occupied..

 

Stay strong, try to catch yourself before you relapse, hit the panic button or run away from your phone or computer

Day 4/60, crazy powerful urges this morning but I survived, hopefully gonna get a bit easier once some of my housemates get back from their holidays

 

Day 40

I'm feeling great. That's probably the first time I've said that on these forums. Praise the Lord.

Passing the 40 day mark, I feel so different from ever before this streak. It's something I'd been doing every single day, and now I've just gone 40 days without it. I'm in a completely different state of mind now. And when I started this streak, I was still there. Nothing in me expected to get here 40 days ago - I was already a few clicks away on day 3. But I pushed myself through it and this is where I am now. I've never gotten anywhere close to this - my longest streak before this was 22 days. So if anyone is feeling doubtful, know this: you may not know a long streak when you begin it. You could have just started what would be your longest streak ever, but may feel unsure in the moment. But you may find yourself in a brand new state of mind in a bunch of days. If you believe.
