***The Gratitude Attitude Challenge***

I am grateful that it is my birthday month.
I am grateful that my medical check up went well today.
I am grateful for having food to eat each and every day.

 

I am grateful for the nice dinner that I had last night.
I am grateful that my favourite football (European style ) team won yesterday.
I am grateful for the streak of 7 days that I am on.

 

Today I'm grateful for my capacity to feel compassion for other living things
For the beauty of nature
For still having good air to breathe

 

For vacation
For kids to hang out with, even if they’re my cousins
For feeling better from my stomach virus

 

Day 4.

1. I am grateful for that nice salad I had today.
2. I am grateful for being able to keep it together today, even though it was rough.
3. I am grateful for the cool temperature in the evening.

 

I am grateful for a good full nights sleep.
I am grateful for making it the night without porn.
I am grateful for a house to live in.

 

I am grateful for this awesome community and proud to be a member of it
I am grateful for the many blessings in my life, especially for my children
I am grateful for life itself

 

I am grateful for the smile I received from a cute girl yesterday.
I am grateful for the nice week I have had.
I am grateful for the good feeling I'm having this week.

 

For being alive
For being in a home that actually has AC
For being less stressed

 

Day 5.

1. I am grateful for having found the courage to continue NOFAP tomorrow, since I relapsed today.
2. I am grateful for having driven around a lot today, which I enjoyed.
3. I am grateful for my supportive girlfriend.

 

I am greateful for the fact i have vacations now
I am grateful becase i was able to relax today
I am grateful for the ongoing motivation

 

I am grateful for the dinner I had with a friend yesterday.
I am grateful for the help I got from that friend when I cut myself in my finger and had to get it stitched.
I am grateful for the past week, where I felt good and had a lot of nice things to do.

 

I am grateful for the airco in my car or i would have melted yesterday on the highway standing there for 4,5 hours (temperature outside was 36°C)...
I am grateful for learning to see the beauty in very little things and enjoying them, life is good !
I am grateful for the weekend, i love Saturdays !

 

I am grateful for living in a safe place

I am grateful for access to healthy food

I am grateful for my physical well-being

I am grateful that my room cooled down last night after a long period of heat.
