Today is my forth day but as part of the rules,i have to start with 0 days.lets do it.

I make it a day farther each time... so I'll make it eventually but I don't want to start this over several more times. This time wasn't as bad, like I'm stepping down. My mind wants to escape. Stay in reality! Ok, starting over, reset number 3.

Day 3! Wrestled against feelings a little bit last night, but I'm fighting to meet this challenge. Already noticing a difference in my self-confidence.
