Relapsed today and came across this. I was on a 7 day challenge w/ an AP and made it until today. Got too excited plus I was extremely bored. I'm up to this challenge, and the many more after. Day 1. Let's do this...

Yes... now that I know I can go 7 days I'm gonna challenge and stretch myself some more. Taking it slow and steady.

Missed checking in on day 4 as am on hols and didn’t get a chance to myself to post. This is day 5 - feeling alive!
