    Hi there

First, I have to say that I'm very thrilled to find out about NoFap, I don't live in the US,however can currently relate to the issue.

I'm 23 y.o, I have never had sex aside of going abroad from my country to Europe and had sex there with a legal prostitute, not something that I'm thrilled about, however as a result of hearing about sex all the time, and usage in porn since I was almot 13 y.o, have felt a huge need to do so.

From what I find the main reason is a lack of self security over the years, soemthing that has omproved, and now just not finding a girl that really got me cirous, I have just had 2 relationships ranging about month &half each.

However since last year I have done a major shift in my life, I started studying in university, I practice in my dream field and I live on oy own in the ciry, not with my parents. However in spite of being very busy (for good) and living in good contidionts I find my self sitiing on bad, watching porn just like I did when I was a teenager and fapping, in spite of the enjoyments at the same momenet, afterwards I get pissed off a mey self that I did saw, I have become aware porn is a fake, and not good, however still hard foor me to control. recently here and there I stopped with porn, but just fapped, soething I also wish to get rid off.

So after a while decied will register to the site and do a real progress.

Will be happy to hear about tips.

Good luck to all and thanks a lot

Welcome to the forum Dani. :)

Your problem seems to be a matter of willpower at the moment. When you get urges like that around home, you just need to say no. It's simple... but it's not easy. Distractions are your best friend, so whenever you're feeling the urge, pause, think of something else you could do and do that. I find that listening to music and just relaxing helps me get rid of my urges, but you could also try having a cold shower, going on the forum and posting, or looking up the effects of porn. I found the success stories to be a big help in my earlier days as well, the benefits just seem too good to give up on. :p

That's all the advice I have for now. Stay strong. :)
