Day 8. So far the past 8 days have been really easy, but this is usually the case, until at some point suddenly really strong urges come up and it's like I'm forced to give in. I'm well aware of this pattern now, so I will keep on the lookout for once this happens, and then I hope that this time I've built a strong enough foundation to actually resist the urges. Anyways, so far no problems.

I would say do whatever works best for you. Don't care about the rules in the first hand, care about your recovery. If one relapses, it is probably much easier to accomplish three days in the three-day-challenge than three days in the 30-day challenge.

Day 13/30. Very easy night, probably because I was so tired.

I failed today, for the first time...
I felt sad since I hadn't done any useful work in the past 2 days, and the stress got the best of me.
While I'm frustrated because I relapsed, I'm hopeful for the coming days.
I'm planning on running every morning, starting tomorrow. That should help aswell.

 

So, this is the end of the 3rd day, and at the moment I'm really tempted to just watch some porn and masturbate... the only thing keeping me from doing it is coming here to share it, so thanks forum for keeping me "clean" another day
