[14-CHALLENGE] THE FOURTEEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 1/14.

 

Day 2 check-in. Drank, but had light urges, nothing to derail me.

 

Day 3/14 complete. Last night I had a wet dream + some morning wood which I haven't had in a long time. As far as I know, these signs are some signs of recovery. Lets keep on going.

Just got done with my 7 day challenge. Took me 2 tried to finish it. starting with this one. 0/14. Wish me luck!

 

Almost done w/ day 1. I have a bad chaser effect this morning. But to help myself and others I will declare the following:

I will not search for p. I will not find ways to m. I will not believe my own lies. I will not create my own chaos. I will continue to do what is right. I will refuse to bow down to p and give it power. I am in control of my thoughts. I am not who I used to be. Today is a brand new day and I am grateful to partake of it as I live with every breath in my lungs and every heart beat. I am new. I am loved. I will not condemn myself nor beat myself or my progress. I am better today than I was yesterday. I am an overcomer. By now this has sunk in deep and I declare today I am free. I will make it through this day and not stumble. Life is better than 2D images....

 

I'm 9 days in so far and also aiming for 30, but I'll do this one from 0 as well to have another goal within reach.
