Finally in Russia, but don't know how much days I got. On cellphones the PMO Tracker isn'/t available here -_-
In last time I got problems with... an important person for me. I have the fear that I could lose her.... or I miss her too much...

Ok, so I think I'll just leave this page, after trying for just 3 days I realized I really like porn... I'm at a constant day 0 now...

 

Day 1 was okay was okay spent most of the day outside so I had few urges managed to focus on something else almost immediately. 29 more days to go.

 

I relapsed after a week... time to start at day 0. Soon I am moving house, and hopefully I can begin anew in different surroundings. Feeling a lot of guilt and self-doubt etc. I'll list my triggers and try again. Good luck everyone!

 

13/30.. Today I actually made it past the mark I was goin for last year.. I didn't get past 12 days.. But this marks what I haven't been able to do for a long time.. I also notice I ain't been gettin erections at all. Not that at the moment I have a problem wit it, but it also shows I have a long way to go.. Which I also don't have a problem wit, cause you gotta take it slow and have patience, and not hurry to process.. When you've tainted yo mind for so long it's gon take a while to recover... Bu today (except for a few feelins) was pretty easy..
