Waking up at the middle of the night

    Hello,

    Guys, i need help with this because I’m just done.... I’m so tired i really have the motivation, but my main problem is when I wake up at the middle of the night. I adjust my sleep hours but it’s impossible for me to stay awake until 3 just because I don’t want to wake up again.

    Please help does sleeping pills work??????

    What can i do?
     
  2. Maybe a sleep supplement your body already makes can help reset your internal sleep clock, melatonin.

    I really don’t know. I have searched and found out that if i used the sleep pills regularly i may become addicted.

    Melatonin , its very helpful , and i can say its helped me alot !

    Taking some magnesium before bed could possibly help too. From what I’ve read it’s safe and natural. If you take too much you may just have some loose stools and should lower your dosage.
     
  6. First off it's not the lack of sleep that screws you it's the worrying about it

    Supplements that may help sleep:

    L-tryptophan 500mg
    Melatonin
    Various anti-allergy products
    Valerian root
    Magnesium
    Chamomile
    Lemon balm
    Holy basil
    Hops extract
    Turmeric
    Ashwagandha
    Cbd oil
    Lavender oil

    You could research some of these

    Also be noted what’s your diet like 4 hours before bed? I have a very bad habit of eating sugar before bed. Which is terrible for your blood sugar and often Keeps you from sleeping, or at least falling into a deep sleep.
