Cuz my wife is doing it with me so I think it makes it kind of unique. It's like a married reboot. The biggest trick is when you start getting the urges to find yourself something to do change direction change perspective look for something else to do always staying active Vigilant stay on top of it don't let it get ahold of you you get a hold of it do some push-ups do some pull-ups grab some weights take a cold shower count to a thousand backwards whatever you got to do breathe for a run in place ride a bicycle there's so many other things to do and so much time that you wasted into pudding into watching porn do you have to do whatever it takes try to sit down also write a list as the triggering times when you think you're going to do it you got to cut yourself off from your smartphone and the capabilities they can bring to you from your computer and what I can bring to you from its social networking to its ability to tap into the world that you really don't have to stay in touch with anything could be a trigger if your brain is on fire with that dopamine Rush hopefully that helps and if you want to join give me the word and I'll throw your name on there you'll be number 44 but remember the rules you must be committed or it will never work ever God bless and don't forget he's also watching
