Mentally exhausted

    Is there anyway to mentally refresh I just feel like my brain is completely totalled don't know how many more mind games I can play this voice in my head it just won't shut up

    This may sound stupid to you its also completely off topic of NoFap so Early warning I fucked up today I promised myself this would be the year i give up vaping wasted my teens smoking been vaping for 3 years Now 8 months into this year and the longest I've given it up 8 FUCKING days today i put every ounce of mental energy I had into fighting the nicotine cravings dammit if i can't give up nicotine then I doubt I can give up porn.

    Haha omg sorry this kind of made me laugh cause it's exactly what I'm going through , try stay positive and keep wiring into your mind this is temporary. Meditation , exercising eating healthy can help , before bed try not do too much tv/computers .

    It’s not fun when the brain has cravings, because it acts and makes you feel like it can’t go on without it.

    I agree with the person who said physical activity helps (obviously anything but PMO). It really distracts the mind, as the male brain can only tend to do one thing at a time.

    Keep at it, don’t give up here. Think of how you would feel if you kept going and it became a really long streak of watching nothing.

    I promise you will eventually improve if you keep going! Good luck.

    I used to smoke too but then i quit.
    I firstly smoke because of my surroundings. I have many friends that smoke. Since my friends moves to other city, then i no longer socialize with them and i decide to quit.

    Its so damn hard i can relate to you bro. But my effort is harder than my urges. I put a lot of effort to get here. And i did.

    Just dont let yourself carrying a lot amount of money when you go to store, because the urges will come.

    Try meditation... There are hundreds of guided meditations on YouTube, or download the Headspace App, first 10 sessions are free. Another good app is called Calm. Exercise is also good, as is getting lost in your favourite music.

    For me it's worst in the morning from like 7-11am , my mind is just non stop worrying about nothing and focusing on negative stuff that doesn't even matter it's hard to just block it out and feel good.

    If your mind ever gets caught up in constant negative thought and emotion try to meditate. Mindfulness meditation can work wonders in this regard. It's also a good thing to make part of your daily routine.

    If you're unsure on how to go about it, I or others can point you in the right direction. Hang in there man. We're all in this together.

    A little more info would be helpful like did you fap a lot before this? My brain is always exhausted when I fap 3+ times a day.

    When was last time could be yesterday or year ago lol. If it was within 2 days then yeah that could be your problem. There is no effective way to refresh after exhausting your brain from pmo other then stop doing it for a period.

    Also, it is important to point out that some people have more dopamine reserves so if they fap like 5 times a day they may not feel any much different others who fap only once or twice can feel completely drained. Ofc, there are other things to consider like video games, substance abuse, too much info, diet and food allergies etc.

    I got my mental exhaustion from fapping and checking out girls in a lewd way too much. Believe it or not, the latter destroyed me more than fapping 4-5 times a day.
