Is Spotify is permitted in NoPMO MonkMod?

    Hi to each person on this awesome planet,

    I currently do my third streak on NoPMO with 58 days. Also, since 11 days, Nofap Monkmod is my new religion lol. No more movies, Facebook or Youtube or any kind of medias with pictures than can influence me. The great thing about this, is than your mind cannot be disturb by ads because you quit where the ads are.

    I have already read than some fapstronauts with 120 days +++ have relapse just because they had touch themselves insctinctively during a ad on Youtube. That will not necessary happen to me, but I take this decision by respect to myself.

    So, do you think than spotify can be a source of triggers? And with Spotify premium?

    I'm not here to judge you but, don't you think that you're taking this whole NoFap thing a little bit too far?
    Spotify is just a music service.. How can you get triggered to masturbate by simply listening to music?

    No, it’s not a source for triggers unless you make it one.
    Spotify is a music service. It’s up to you to decide what music you’ll listen to.
