[7-CHALLENGE] THE SEVEN DAYS CHALLENGE !

Almost halfway through Day 2 and already feel so much better. long may this continue. I am ready to fight you, Urges!

Try mindful meditation, there is a great app for this: Headspace (really helped me cope with stress)
Also another app: Fortify (helps you keep daily track of your habits & offers insights on how to deal with them)
Its really cool, like a video game...do check them out if you can.
