Today I relapsed, again. I'm positive to start tomorrow, in order to finally complete this challenge. I hope I'm gonna make it

 

Just came back from holiday, in which I completed the 14 day challenge.

 

Day 3/14 done. Still going strong. I know I can do this and I will.

 

Check in. 1 Wk and 2 days done.

 

Day 10. How are you all feeling?

 

Day 1. Feeling good this time. The more I fuck up, the more I realize what triggers me and my 2 top triggers are alcohol and boredom. I'm feeling strong about hitting 14 days and beyond.
