Biggest Triggers?

negative feeling about myself.......helplessness and anxiety.....are my biggest triggers...........
i handle it with my experience......with the thought that your struggles are inferior to others....by meditation ........by reading something.......by analysing the negatie effects of urges and all.....

 

Yeah, one of my favourites besides the SSP226.

 

Depression and Anxiety, lots of it in my case have been the biggest trigger. Been in therapy for that since May and thankfully have learned to deal with that to a great extent. However there are days when it gets really difficult, especially when i don't have anything to do and have lots of free time.

 

Never realised how porn-like music videos were until I went on nofap, especially rap videos.
I can no longer watch them anymore, damn the girls they get in those vids are are more sexualised than the ones on the websights I used to visit..
Or maybe I'm just sensitive to it now.

That CZ turns me on.... LOL kidding, I'm a Glock fan boy... my triggers are just replaying sexual things in my head which is more difficult than other things like "sex scenes in movies" because you cant escape your thoughts. Depression/stress seems to trigger more urges and thoughts though.

 

Boredom, replaying sexual things in my head, depression, ogling at attractive women, inadequate sleep, and a messed up sleep schedule.

 

Stress, I don't know how to reduce it, probably shouldn't take on as many things in parallel.

Boredom and beating my self for past mistakes.

 

Seeing pretty women, feeling lonely, and feeling hopeless and helpless about ever finding a girlfriend, and wondering if I should off myself because "I'll never have a family of my own". Wanting to self-medicate the terrible feelings of wondering if you're a genetic dead-end who's going to live decades more alone, and die alone. I'm already 30, and want to have a family before I'm 40. Feeling like it's an impossible task is a huge trigger, because telling myself I'll never masturbate again, while not truly believing I'll ever have sex, freaks my brain out!
