Biggest Triggers?

just two year younger but in a situation just like you.

 

Ha not what you think. I wouldn't even have noticed it in the past.. now it looks like a porn mag to me. Its not mine anyway so I left it by the door in the hall, I hear gollums voice every time I walk past it.. contemplating taking a journey to the fiery heart of mount doom to burn it.

 

Everything you said here I empathize with. The part about wondering if you are a genetic dead-end really got to me though. You feel like there is a part of you that is fundamentally flawed and can't be fixed no matter what you do. Meanwhile, you see it coming easy to everyone else around you like it's being rubbed in your face. It really makes me mad sometimes.

 

Triggers for me.
1. used to play videogames. That was a big one for me
2. If I am stressed
3. If I am lonely
4. If I lay in bed but don't get up right away due to laziness
5. lack of excerise

I have found that those all can be triggers for me

Hot women at the gym... also average looking women at the gym
