Yep that all sounds pretty normal. You just have to see out the phase of the flatline. Carry on doing things that get you outside. Physical exercise improves mentality in these situations. You are doing great to be on Day 24/25, so keep up the good work.

 

In my opinion - people flat line because their porn addiction ends and the body doesn't know what to get turned on to.. kind of like a compass spinning out of control.

I am 24 days in and haven't experienced flatline.. at work i usually look at girls bodies and fantasise..i do this to help retrain my mind. Yesterday, i experienced my first dopamine rush by looking into a girls eyes. Earlier, popped a boner by looking at a girls ass. Nofap is king.

 

Eventually yes. But with that will come urges again, so just beware not to relapse because it can be especially tempting when it returns.
