***The Gratitude Attitude Challenge***

Day 3

I'm grateful for everything God gave me with.
I'm grateful and humbled by my little brothers who's not so lucky in his life.
I'm grateful because I've still have feeling to be grateful with..

 

I am grateful because for the first time i talked to a girl i was interested in while seeing her as a human being and not something i should feel unworthy of
I am grateful because communication was natural and conversation went well
I am grateful because this was something i had struggled with for a very long time, and i finally managed to overcome it

 

I am grateful for a good workout yesterday
I am grateful for having no financial worries
I am grateful for having supper with my daughter today

 

I am grateful that I can talk fluently (after watching the movie The King's Speech).
I am grateful that I can walk.
I am grateful that I know what I like in life (in terms of study/work).

 

I am grateful for another day of being alive
I am grateful because i feel motivated to direct my energy at things which i'm passionate about
I am grateful because these have been amazing vacations

 

I am grateful to have made it to Friday.
I am grateful for Gods guidance this week.
I am grateful that it has not been as hot the past couple of days.

 

I am grateful for becoming aware that caressing and kissing is far more beautiful and intimate than standard porn

I am grateful for having access to the food that I want

I am grateful for singing

 

1. I am grateful that I understand who I am well enough to know what my capabilities are and what I must improve on.
2. I am grateful to be struggling as much as I am now because I know that if I can overcome it I will be a stronger man in the future.
3. I am grateful to live another day in the beautiful place that I live, because many will never have this opportunity.

 

I am grateful for my children being healthy and are doing well
I am grateful for being able to see that my inner value is not depending on someone else's judgement, but only on what the guy in the mirror thinks of me
I am grateful for the coming weekend, more sleep !

 

I am grateful for having the possibility to learn how to play the piano.
I am grateful for the nice day I had yesterday.
I am grateful for all the possibilities that I have in life, as many people in poor countries barely have any possibilities.

 

Day 4

I'm grateful for everything today, guess positive vibes showing some sign. Thank you God.

 

I am grateful for my car that gets me to work and home. Grateful for my job. Grateful for my pet that wags its tail when he sees me. Grateful that it is Friday.

 

I am grateful fo making it through the week.
I am grateful for the heat not being so extreme anymore.
I am grateful for starting to find joy in my life.

 

I am grateful:

1) that my body is in the shape that it is and that I have the opportunity every day to train and continue getting better/stronger

2) that I've been so gifted socially as to be able to understand people so easily

3) to have this platform to continue to better myself and come out of my addiction

 

I am grateful that I did not relapse yesterday, even though it was a difficult day.
I am grateful that there seems to be light at the end of the tunnel regarding my health.
I am grateful to see my family today.

 

Day 5

I'm grateful to have time right now.
I'm grateful for opportunity to do thing right.
I'm grateful for knowing this site. God bless you all.

 

I am grateful for coffee and breakfast
I am grateful for seeing a guy in the mirror that looks happy
I am grateful to be able to control my thoughts and to be free from compulsion and sexual desires

 

For committing myself to three hours without electronics (after I post here and on a few other NoFap threads)

For being willing to exercise again

For realizing games aren't that important

For realizing I'm not as rushed as I once thought I was

 

I am grateful to know that if I am persistent and play my cards carefully I can overcome my negative conditioning

I am grateful that I have people to talk to and humble myself to

I am grateful that I'm so challenged right now so that I can have such great reward in the future

 

I am grateful that i am living now... Such a great gift that many others are still struggling to keep( think of people who are starving or running away from warzone)
I am grateful that i am lucky to pass the university entrance exam
I am grateful that I have a caring mother who always love and look after me
