    Hi everyone! As I'm on my own personal journey of no pmo, I constantly conduct research/question what this all is. Unfortunately, when I research, I always seem to have a difficult time finding peer-reviewed studies with facts/figures on porn watching habits and effects, whether helpful or harmful.

    Can anybody help me with this? Know any good links/sites/researchers?

    Would greatly appreciate!
