I know that I am quite late to ask this
But sometimes I feel like ....I am living in a dream
I mean .....slow senses.... And while I am traveling it seems that ......I am watching a dream
I just can't explain it in words
Is it brain fog ......or I am just exhausted

This is not a symptom of low testosterone. It sounds like it could be exhaustion. Brain fog tends to involve difficulty finishing tasks or difficulty concentrating. If you've gone 251 days without PMO, it doesn't seem likely that it would be brain fog.
You are going to have to explain it in words. Words are the best descriptive tools we've got.

I mean....that my senses feels like I am in dream
I am losing touch with reality....or I am not feeling my surroundings well
This usually occurs when I am outside
And I think it can be of being tired
And for past few days I have not completed my sleep
Also I think it can be because of cervical....
But I pray to God that ... cervical should not be the reason

OK. This sounds like depersonalisation. It is also a bi-polar symptom, but honestly, if you haven't been sleeping then it is most likely a problem with exhaustion. What do you mean by cervical? Cervical usually refers to the uterus. If you are male, you don't have a uterus. Sometimes it refers to the neck - so if it's a neck or head injury you have suffered, get it checked out. You might have concussion.

  7. Are you saying he got depersonalization from pmo or that he had a preexisting condition?

I'm not saying he has depersonalisation. That's not responsible. I'm not certified to make those kinds of claims, and you can't make those kinds of assertions without observing someone and interviewing them. I'm saying it SOUNDS like depersonalisation but it's more likely to be exhaustion.

  9. I feel like all my symptoms make me feel exhausted but also the depression-like feel makes things less exciting or I’m unable to feel more deeply. I know, you said I shouldn’t make claims, but what I would like to point out to OP is that he should maybe consider what came first and to do that, he has to know himself by putting himself in positions that will test his boundaries or symptoms. If you feel like you weren’t so tired OP, would you react differently in certain circumstances etc.

Yeah, we get bad days and what not but I don’t think it’s partocularly right if you’re down for weeks for no reason. Compare yourself to who you are and what you can be without out pmo.

To add, I understand that dreamstate, it’s like you’re almost living third person and anything you see isn’t happening to you, it’s happen before your eyes, without you or so it feels. Numb perhaps?

Yes, the symptoms are exhausting - and yes depression numbs you. The depression when you quit can last a good long while. But you begin to feel again, and the depression can lift or disappear. I've felt this. Unfortunately I relapsed several times, and each time starting back again on Nofap was more difficult. For someone to feel like this after 8 months of Nofap seems unusual. That's why I would expect that it is exhaustion - more a result of lack of sleep than something to do with avoiding PMO. But I may be wrong, the addicted brain has fooled me many times.

First of all brain fog means absolutely nothing. It's just a vague term used on the internet about fapping etc.... But it means nothing concrete.
So my guess is you are tired or unbalanced. Being healthy, balanced and energetic is much bigger task than one could think. Look for what putted you out of balance. If i am tired (like i am now...) i know i need 4-5 days rest and balance to come back to good energy and mood.

Cervical refers to the back of neck region
Actually I lay on bed for a very long time....with pillow at my neck
And it has been a while since I did yoga excercise...
So I will watch some exercises on YouTube

Yes.....I think this can also describe the state
Actually I will now try to sleep early and do yoga excercises
Sometimes gas can also cause dizzy feeling....
But I am not drinking much tea for past few days
So I think my posture can be the main reason
Having said that today I was feeling much better and connected to senses
    Thanks for your time

Brain fog may mean nothing to you, but it is widely and generally understood on this site at least. It refers to a collection of symptoms that occur individually, and sometimes together. A lack of ability to focus or inability to concentrate, confusion, or indecisiveness. Difficulty in making decisions, procrastination, problems in finishing tasks. It isn't a medical term, but it isn't meaningless as you suggest. I for one found it helpful in understanding what was occurring with some of my symptoms.

It's too vague to mean anything imo. But i still get the point : general weakness, weak mind presence, weak will...

  17. From what I read, people can take anywhere from a year to two years of rebooting. I seriously think a relapse just keeps those pathways alive so we keep being stuck in a loop unless we stop relapsing. I’ve never made 8 month but I’ve made two, still felt like shit. But it also depends on the severity of the users usage.

Hey, we can all agree that we are feeling something from this bad habit?

Yes, I think this is true. When I started on here, 90 days seemed like a long time, but I really wanted to believe that I would be "cured" in that amount of time. Now I'm not sure there is a cure, and that relapse is no different from an alcoholic's relapse. It's a habit that you've got to give up for life.

Sounds like depersonalisation which can stem from depression during flatline.
Or maybe you are just exhausted and not healthy or getting enough sleep.

hit the gym workout, eat well, sleep early, use 5-HTP, meditate. And you should be fine.
