I ordered the paperback. I don’t have a kindle...plus I like holding and sniffing my books/comics.

@Tiger uppercut! there's nothing like holding and sniffing a nice book. For me, that's the only way to do it. Especially old books ! It's like a time travel sniff man haha

 

And yeah I think switching activities and working out works great !
One thing that helped me to get to my longer streak was also writing down a precise list of what I am going to do on the internet before using it ! And writing a limit of time, like 15 or 30min for example. It's up to you. Just don't go in there " random browsing ". That's usually when sh*t happens for me
