[90-CHALLENGE] THE NINETY DAYS CHALLENGE !

I find using mindfulness techniques during showing helpful. That was a frequent time during which I would end up masturbating so it is generally challenging. I put my attention on all the sensory information (sound of the water, feel of the water, smell of the soap) and take it as an interesting experience to pay attention to. It brings me into a more meditative state and then the urge to masturbate doesn't come up. If I catch my mind wondering I just bring it back to the experiences of the shower.

 

7/90 days. 1st week completed.Feeling powerful . 3rd n 5th day were most difficult.Was feeling horny whenever i was free( not doing any productive work).
83 days more to go.Key to NoFap is to keep ourselves busy n surrounded by friends n family.

Day 57/90 not much urges to pmo, mist urges now are to find women for sex. But since I have a gf though long distance, I do know better than to give in to another woman. I wouldn't want to lose what I have.
