Why does my right testicle hurt

Well, It happens, but if it continues till the end of this week, then you should visit a doctor. But idk, I would visit doctor anyways if I feel something is really wrong, too much is on the game.

 

Is it severe pain, like you're nearly in tears and it hurts to sit down? You might have a torsion. Those are excruciating, and are a medical emergency, as you could lose the testicle.

If it's just uncomfortable after a few days of abstinence, that's probably normal. My left typically is more sensitive to the pressure of retention. Some ibuprofen, a cold shower, and a long walk can help by reducing blood flow in the region. You do get used to the pressure of retention after a while.

 

Could be chlamydia, that is one symptom that i experienced right before getting diagnosed with chlamydia.
