600+ Days of Self Improvement/development

    Study, go gym, train Martial Arts, work part time and save money, every now and then I meet a gorgeous young lady and go on dates, I also like to learn new things

    Day 1299 In this NOFAP joirney
    ,feeling awake, gonna make some improvements in life, walk foreword with purpose and confidence despite the fact that other people are trying to pull me down, the base natured and degenerate swine. The lower always wishes to pull the higher self down to it's level, but, I will not give in, no This is all a test from on high, and I plan to pass... Stay strong, step forward and prevail.

  3. Did you have brain fog before? Did it go away? Do you feel like you have better concentration/focus/memory?

    How is your mood? Any major changes here? From the beginning to your current point of time of reboot.

    Day 1304,
    I'm actually feeling all right. barely ate in the morning only 1 Jamaican Pattie at around 7am, went to gym for 11:30am, done some light stretching, 5 minutes jump rope and shadow kickboxing, then hit the heavy bag for about 45 minutes to an hour working on low kicks and Mawashi Geri chudans and joudans(Muay thai/Karate)...
    then with the last of my energy I done some light weight barbell back squats 40-80kg( 5x5=5reps plyometric jump squats so 5x10 reps in total.
    After that I was so low on energy case lack of any food, but, I got through it in the end with sheer will power and discipline.
    got some plantain chips, half a Grilled peri peri Chicken and now am just chilling.. gonna work teach some fitness classes and probably do some more night time exercise like kata, stretching and abs.
    I hope every one has a great week and keep improving day to day :D

    Concentration and focus is better, brain fog every now and again, um mood is relatively controllable, we all have ups and downs...

    Day 1393 NOFAP NO P.M.O.
    Got myself into a decent University doing blended learning 1 year of business and 3 years of criminology and psychology..
    maybe become a detective after that or something... been tough, had ups and down, but, ill always find a way to pull through...
    been training alot of Kyokushin karate and got my second Blue(7th kyu), doing a lot of strength training too cardio, calisthenics and weights...
    How is everyone else doing??

    ...Never, never had porn induced erectile dysfunction, if you got that id like to recommend you take some irish moss(sea moss) and miss it with some green vegtables like kale :D

    Everybody should see this post instead of all that post with crying babies.

    Btw, this is my 700th day, i never suffered from ED after starting nofap and since sept 2017 i'm having sex at least 4 times a week!

    Greeting's been a little while, had to much going on, but, Ive been keeping an eye and an ear to NOFAP.
    Anyway ...Straight to the point. Its been a long day today this evening marks 1485 days in NOFP, NOPMO, I have even stopped chasing pussy, and funny enough its been chasing me..
    SoIve got myself into a decent University, got a Merit in my 1st ever assignment, now on my 2nd and aiming for a distinction.
    Apart from that I've been doing a lot of Fitness and Martial arts training
    ( a lot of KYOKUSHIN KARATE, Muay Thai and other things like MMA...)
    (I even got my 2nd Blue Belt in Kyokushin Karate 7th KYU), Power Building at gym, skill work at the dojo, etc.. etc..
    BIG TINGS A GWAAANN!!
    It's paid off, there are plateau's. set back, illness & injury, but, you bounce back, come back stronger, mentally, physically emotionally too...
    I've been working on my myself, my mother died on the 4th Jan 2019 so I'm dealing with that too, but, I know she wanted me to be strong, be amazing, inspire and stay true to who I was...
    Anyway NOW at this moment in time, I have become a lot more resilient, a bit more mature, stronger inside and out, even a little more ambitious, but, hey another important thing I have learned is that people come and go,
    THOSE THAT STARTED WITH YOU, WILL NOT FINISH WITH YOU..
    OSU! Respect yourselves 1st. stay strong inside, n, out.
    Keep going.

    Very sorry to hear about your mother, that is very difficult. I've been thru the same thing 2 years ago and I have moments when I think "oh I should call my mother and tell her about....".
