    Hey there, Darsh here, I'm 24 and I need help. I heartily mean it when I say that, I don't know anyone of you yet, I'm all new to this.. but I'm open to suggestions and I would really appreciate if you guys could assist me with this.. I consider this platform as a huge family trying to pull each up and helping each other back on their feet.. fellas, thank you so much in advance.

    Welcome Darsh, I'm a relative newcomer here too. Been posting for about 1 month. My advice is to read up as much as you can about this addiction as it helps you understand what you are up against. I found watching mainstream documentaries about porn also helped as they let you see how exploited and unhappy most of the girls in the industry are.
    My final piece of advice is to try meditation. On days when I meditate I find the urge for porn is less strong
