    Hi Guys, I am new here, and I am really grateful to be with you in this marvelous community.I am on my 72 days of abstaining from PMO and I am feeling really really energized and creative I hope I will reach my goal which is 90 days, and going beyond I am really excited to continue with it coz I've seen many benefits of it till now, I'm doing very good in gym I feel more attentive and calm and I'm more positive in taking my decisions...etc.
    In conclusion, Nofap has really and dramatically changed my live and really glad to have it in my live.
